How to Order
- Place your order.
- Email a clear, high-resolution photo of the handwriting you’d like embroidered to letterstoyoucompany@gmail.com.
- Include your order number in the subject line so we can match your design to your order.
For the best embroidery results, we recommend handwriting with a ballpoint pen on plain white paper. Please avoid thick markers or Sharpies, as finer lines produce the most accurate embroidery. Short notes are most suitable as long letters would not be suitable for printing for this size.

Select your preferred thread colour and canvas choices from our curated collection. Each shade has been thoughtfully chosen to complement our premium cotton canvas, ensuring your handwritten keepsake is beautifully showcased.
Frame Finish
Please Note: All frames are supplied with a matte, open-front finish, meaning glass or Perspex is not included.
If you prefer your keepsake to be framed behind glass or Perspex, simply add this upgrade to your cart when placing your order.
Processing Time
As each keepsake is made to order with care, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be lovingly created before dispatch.
